Learn German
MindSnacks

LEVEL:
beginner

This exciting app makes learning German fun! Learn German by MindSnacks revolves around nine different games that challenge you while still keeping you interested, thus making it fun and interesting to learn German. The games have been designed by professors of Ivy League schools, and keep you on your toes while also encouraging your progress. The games revolve around conversational abilities and vocabulary building techniques that deal with issues specific to German. MindSnacks doesn’t revert to simply using flashcards as a way of memorizing words, but instead provides memory games that deal with some of the more challenging aspects of German, such as case usage, word gender, and accent. The app includes recordings from native speakers, helping you to nail the pronunciation of the words and phrases you’re learning.

The first lesson can be downloaded for free, and the paid app includes over 40 hours of learning content that will be both helpful and practical for German learners at home, as well as for those wishing to use key phrases in German for their travels. Ranked as one of the top three German learning apps by USA Today, Learn German by MindSnacks will be one purchase you do not regret!
